Exhibit Hall interiors

We offer three dynamic Exhibition Halls with close to 224,000 square feet of space that can be utilized for all types of conventions, tradeshows, consumer shows and special events.

The Exhibition Halls break down as follows:
• Exhibition Hall A = 91,000 sq. ft
• Exhibition Hall B = 57,000 sq. ft
• Exhibition Hall C = 76,000 sq. ft.

Exhibition Halls A-B can be combined to total 148,000 square feet. Exhibition Halls B-C combined equal 133,000 square feet. The Convention Center includes Exhibition Halls A, B and C, the Ballroom, Promenade Meeting Rooms 101-104 and 201-204 and fourteen Terrace Meeting Rooms.

FEATURES

The Exhibition Halls are designed to accommodate persons with disabilities. Special features include designated parking, ramps, wide elevator and restroom doors, braille designation in elevators and wheelchair access to telephones, TDD machines and drinking fountains.

EVENT SPACE

Events held in the Exhibition Halls will be billed on a daily rate. Any equipment, staging, audio visual, etc. will be charged per published rate in addition to the basic rental charges. Chair, table and equipment requirements beyond the capability of the Convention Center must be provided at the expense of the Licensee.

MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT

Complimentary move-in and move-out days will be computed on the basis of one day per event day up to a maximum of three days and depending on availability.
