The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center staff is available to assist you with your event needs.

• Normal Business Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Box Office Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm. Saturday 12:00pm-4:00pm.

Boxes of freight will not be accepted prior to first move-in day. Letters only, addressed to you may be received at the Long Beach Convention Center Administration Office.

Any mail received prior to your first event day will be delivered by your Event Manager upon your arrival at our facilities.To avoid any confusion include:
• Event Name
• Person to Receive Letter
• Attn: Your Event Manager

EVENT COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT
Event Manager
An Event Manager will be assigned to your event as soon as your license has been issued. Your Event Manager is your principal contact from the planning stages to the final move-out of your event.

Your Event Manager is responsible for securing and coordinating pertinent information for the most effective use of the facility, including:
• Floor plans, meeting room diagrams and setups
• Estimate of expenses
• Appropriate event related staffing and equipment
• Ticketing arrangements / Box Office requirements
• Final settlement / billings / statistical reports

The more information you are able to give to your Event Manager, the better they can provide the needs or required services necessary for a successful event.

For your convenience, please be sure to schedule meetings with your Event Manager in advance.

Important Dates/Deadlines
Here are some important dates to mark on your calendar. Check with your event Manager if you have any questions or concerns with the deadlines

• Before you sell exhibit space:
–You must have your floor plan approved by the Event Services Department and the Fire Department
• 24 Months Before Your Event:
–License Agreement
–Rental Deposit
• 90 Days Before Your Event:
–Final Rental Payment
–All Event Requirements
• 14 Days Before Your Event:
–Food and Beverage contracts and deposits are due
• 10 Days Before Your Event:
–Insurance Certificate
–All Estimated Expenses must be paid prior to your move-in.
