Hours of Operation

arrangements for activity beyond these hours must be done through your Event Manager, and
approved by the General Manager in writing, and are subject to overtime charges.
Operable Wall Panels (Air Walls)
The configuration of the acoustical operable wall panels at the Long Beach Convention
Center is complex, and alterations may be time-consuming. Any proposed changes should be
planned in advance with your Event Manager. Last minute changes may negatively impact
other room set-ups in progress at the time. Your Event Manager will assist you in
determining if changes, planned or unplanned, are possible, and any cost involved in
changing the wall panels.
Parking
The Center has approximately 5,000 parking spaces. There is a daily charge for parking.
Daily parking passes can be made available for show staff. For maps and driving
instructions, see Directions. For rates on overnight parking for
campers and RVs or for information on valet parking call the Parking Department at
(562) 499-7502.
Recycling Program
The City of Long Beach regularly recycles cardboard, white paper brochures, cans, bottles,
and other paper items. While in our facilities, you are encouraged to support the
Citys recycling program. Special arrangements can be made for your event through
your Event Manager. |
