PAGING AND AUDIO SYSTEMS FOR
MEETING ROOMS 101-204 & BALLROOM
Promenade Meeting Rooms 101-204 and Ballroom

• 25 Volt distributed public address system provides evenly distributed coverage. Sound pressure levelsof 92 decibels.

• State of the art public address systems utilizing:

- QSC Amplifiers
- White 1/3rd Octave Equalizers - TOA          Microphone Mixers
- FSR Audio Combining Systems - JBL Speakers
• Paging Microphone Locations:
- Show Manager Offices (Rooms 7 & 8)
- Exhibit Hall Lobby (Room 36)
- VIP Lounges (Rooms 115 & 115B)
- Central Security & Fire Command Central Offices
• Background music assignable to public address areas.

• Meeting Rooms 101-205 provide independent control over paging and program inputs, back-ground music and speaker muting. Also provided are line level inputs, multiple microphone XLR inputs and dedicated 1/4” line level record outputs.

• Assistive listening devices for those that require them are available for Promenade Meeting Rooms. Please contact your Event Manager for details.

 

Meeting Room

AUDIO TELEVISION SYSTEMS FOR MEETING ROOMS 101-204 & BALLROOM
• The Long Beach Convention Center Ballroom cable television system distribution with channelelimination capability allows for modulation of “live” audio / visual signals to public areas and show offices.

• Color character generated monitors can be programmed to display meeting schedules and public information within the cable television system.

AUDIO SYSTEMS FOR SEASIDE MEETING ROOMS
Every meeting room is equipped with a distributed overhead sound systems. There are both mic and line level inputs, as well as video and local record outputs. Please contact Projection, Inc. for additional information at (562) 499-7546.

Please note: All Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center public address sound systems are operated exclusively by Projection, Inc. These systems are designed for voice amplification only. Events requiring higher quality, or musical sound reinforcement, will require a more substantial sound system.
